Laseronics provides premier precision Laser welding and marking services for high-tech metal parts in the aerospace/space and medical industries.
Our Southern California market hosts a large number of aerospace/space OEMs with a constant flow of new component developments and a need for lightweight, high-strength material connections. We are in constant contact with our customers and deliver their products in person.

Our Southern California market hosts a large number of aerospace/space OEMs with a constant flow of new component developments and a need for lightweight, high-strength material connections. We are in constant contact with our customers and deliver their products in person.
Laseronics was founded by Dr. Sy Hamadani, a Laser scientist in 1984. In 2010, Advanced Laser Dies acquired the business from Mr. Hamadani.
One of the original employees, Sam Nadjmetchi is now a partner and has been working for Laseronics since 1993.
In 2019 Sam Nadjmetchi and Ralf Weigel purchased Laseronics.
Partners of Laseronics have 75 yrs. of combined experience in the industry.
In April 2020, Laseronics registered as a California LLC.
Since the registration of the LLC, the company has invested in new state of the art equipment.
Laseronics is the go-to Laser welding service for challenging applications with outstanding quality and fast turnaround time. We are fast responding and processing as well as competitively priced.
Operations:
- Ralf Weigel is Laseronics’ General Manager, handling daily operations management, quality engineering and customer relationship development.
- Sam Nadjmetchi is Chief Technical Officer and oversees laser welding processes.
Laseronics is increasing the maximum dimensions of parts welded from 2ft to 4ft and support OEMs in their design of new parts.
Laseronics has achieved ISO/AS-Certification completed AS 91000 Rev.D in 2021. NADCAP-certification is planned for fall 2023.
